Design and selections usually take four to eight weeks, permitting adds two to four weeks depending on the jurisdiction, and construction typically runs six to ten weeks. Projects that move plumbing, remove structural walls, or use imported stone and custom cabinetry sit at the longer end of that range.
What does a luxury kitchen remodel cost here?
Most of our kitchen renovations land between $45,000 and $175,000 depending on cabinetry construction, countertop material, appliance package, and whether walls or utilities move. You receive a line-item budget during design, before any demolition begins.
Can I stay in my home during the kitchen renovation?
Almost always. We set up dust containment, protect floors and adjacent rooms, and help you rig a temporary kitchen with your refrigerator, microwave, and sink access so daily life keeps moving.
Do you build custom cabinets or order them?
Both. We draw cabinetry to elevation for your exact space and then have it built by cabinet partners we have worked with for years — including Jarlin, ProCraft, and DL Cabinetry — or by a local shop when a project calls for fully bespoke millwork.
Can you open up my kitchen to the living area?
Yes. Open concept kitchen renovations are one of our most requested projects. We bring in an engineer to size the beam, handle the structural permit, and detail the ceiling and flooring transitions so the opening looks original to the home.
